Any and all individual discharges to the public sewer shall NOT contain pollutants exceeding the following concentrations (as per Sec. 2.2, Discharge of heavy metals and toxic materials of the Western Virginia Water Authority Rules and Regulations, as amended):

Arsenic 0.18 mg/L
Benzene, Toluene, Ethyl benzene, and Xylene (B.T.E.X.) 5.0 mg/L
Cadmium 0.03 mg/L
Chromium, Total 1.95 mg/L
Chromium VI 0.06 mg/L
Copper 0.50 mg/L
Color due to Dyes and Inks 750 A.D.M.I.
Cyanide 0.06 mg/L
Dissolved Solids; Total Chlorides and Total Sulfates
500 mg/L
Fluoride other than that contained in the public water supply 12.0 mg/L
Lead 0.3 mg/L
Mercury 0.003 mg/L
Molybdenum 0.07 mg/L
Nickel 0.23 mg/L
Oil and Grease 200 mg/L
pH ≥ 5.0 or ≤ 12.5
Selenium 0.02 mg/L
Silver 0.32 mg/L
Temperature* > 104°F (40°C)
TPH 200 mg/L
Zinc 0.8 mg/L
