If you wish to schedule a meeting regarding the completion or submittal of the FOG Application and required documents, please call (540) 283-8272 twenty-four (24) hours in advance to schedule an appointment.  appointments will take place at the Roanoke Regional Water Pollution Control Plant located at  1502 Brownlee Avenue, S.E., Roanoke, VA 24014.

Please note that website submissions are only monitored during our regular business hours of Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

1.) Constructing a new building/restaurant
2). Opening new business/restaurant in an existing building
3.) Renovating/expanding an existing business/restaurant

 

New construction shall submit copy of civil site plans and kitchen plans showing all equipment and plumbing.
