You can view your bill and pay by eCheck or credit card on our Customer Service Portal

If you register for paperless billing through our Customer Web, you will be notified by email when your bill is ready to be viewed.

           

By eCheck: When you receive your bill each month, you can make a secure online payment by transferring funds from your personal checking or savings account. This service is free.

By Credit Card: You can pay online with your personal or business Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover/Novus card. A $2.50 transaction fee applies to this service.

Please note that $300 is the maximum single transaction amount (including the $2.50 credit card transaction fee) when paying by Credit Card.

Payments made by eCheck or Credit Card are applied immediately and posted the next business day.

 

 


 

Pay by Text

You can make a one-time text payment or request to get a pay by text reminder each month when your bill is due.  To select this option, follow these three easy steps on our customer payment portal.

1.  Go to www.westernvawater.org/paymybill and create an account with us or use your existing login.

2.  Click on the Green $PayNow button.

3.  Use the My Profile button to first set-up or verify your payment method, and then select Pay by Text.  Enter in the phone number where you want to receive the text messages.

Automatic Bank Draft

Automatic bank drafting from your checking or savings account assures that your bill is paid in full and on-time every month even if you are out of town.  This convenient recurring process is free. 

Please visit our Customer Web page to register your account and select automatic bank drafting from your checking or savings account as your payment option.

 

Pay by Mail

Mail your payment and payment stub using the return envelope provided in your bill to:

Checks can be made payable to WVWA. Please be sure to include your 12-digit Western Virginia Water Authority account number in the memo field on your check. For your protection, please do not mail cash. To avoid late payment fees, please allow up to five days for payment processing.

 

 

 

Pay by Phone

By Phone:To make a payment over the phone, please call 540-853-5700 and press Option 3.

Paying by eCheck: You can make a secure payment over the phone by transferring funds from your personal checking or savings account. This service is free.

Pay in Person

A payment kiosk that accepts cash, check or cards, is located in our outer lobby (601 S. Jefferson Street - downtown on the corner of Jefferson and Franklin n the building historically known as the Coulter Building) 7am - 5pm Monday-Friday, except holidays.

Exterior drop boxes at the locations below are available for other payment methods. You can drop your payment by check or money order at any time (no cash please) in one of the following Western Virginia Water Authority payment drop boxes:

Payments must be placed in the payment drop box before the due date on the bill. Payments placed in payment drop box after 7 a.m. will be credited on the following business day. For your protection, cash payments are only accepted in the secure drop box or payment kiosk inside our building at 601 S. Jefferson Street. Please use the Franklin Road side entrance.  No postage is required to use the payment drop boxes.
