Grease interceptor shall be inspected and approved by Western Virginia Water Authority prior to site receiving water service connection.  A pdf version of this form can be printed and mailed or faxed (540.283.8281) or please complete and submit the electronic form below.

 

Forty-eight (48) hours prior to installation, the contractor shall complete the following:

(1)   Submit shop drawings to Cassie Altice,Roanoke Regional Water Pollution Control Plant, 1502 Brownlee Avenue, SE, Roanoke, VA 24014.  

(2)   Call (540)283-8272 to schedule a grease interceptor inspection at least two business days prior to needing the inspection.  The inspection shall occur prior to the contractor covering the grease interceptor.
