The Western Virginia Water Authority has partnered with HomeServeUSA, a company accredited by the Better Business Bureau with an A+ rating, to offer our customers the option to purchase service line plans for exterior water and sewer lines and in-home plumbing. Customers will receive mailed offers about these programs from HomeServe. Purchasing these plans are optional, and we encourage homeowners to research the program's benefits as they apply to their unique situation including the age of their home and lines and their ability to pay for the service.
