Residential and Commercial Land Development

This page contains forms and links for new land development, conversion from well or septic, and increasing/decreasing meter size. Residential development pertains to a single-family home or duplex. Larger projects are considered commercial, and plan reviews must be submitted to the respective locality. It is then the locality's responsibility to submit the plan review to the Western Virginia Water Authority. Please use the Plan Submittal Checklist as a guide for this process.
