Use your existing login on our Customer Service Portal or create an online account with us to access Customer Connect - an online tool that lets you see daily and hourly consumption information and set notification alerts to let you know if you might be experiencing a leak.

1.  Log into our Customer Service Portal

2.  Select Customer Connect from the Drop Down menu  (shown highlighted in yellow)

3.  Click on the property address you want view

4.  View daily consumption data or click on the daily bar graph to see hourly consumption information

5.  To set usage notifications (i.e. receive an email if you exceed a certain amount of water consumption in an hour/day/week/month), click on User Profile in the Settings section.
