You can register on our website to see daily or hourly consumption (a great tool if you are checking for leaks!), sign up for alerts if your water consumption increases, and get tips on how to save on your water bill.

Winter Averaging

We calculate your residential sewer flow charges based on water consumption during the months of January, February and March when water consumption is usually the lowest.  This amount is used to calculate the amount that you will be billed the rest of the year.  If you use less water than your calculated winter average during any month, your sewer volume charge will be based on the lower water consumption for that billing period..
