Online Payment Center

The Western Virginia Water Authority has contracted with Official Payments Inc. to process your payment online. Official Payments will collect your payment information using a secure server, process your credit card payment, issue a confirmation number for your records and transmit the information to the Water Authority. Official Payments charges a nominal convenience fee for using this service.

To pay online you must: Have a capable web browser: Internet Explorer version 4.0 or higher, or Netscape version 4.0 or higher. Have a valid credit card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover/Novus, or American Express. Fill out all the required information as denoted by a red asterisk (*). *Select a payment type: Utility Bill - Water/Sewer E-mail billing@westernvawater.org For information about your bill call the Western Virginia Water Authority at 853-5700.
