Sealed competitive negotiable proposals for engineering design services for the sanitary sewer replacement and rehabilitation projects
associated with the Western Virginia Water Authority’s fiscal year 2008 Virginia Clean Water Revolving Loan Fund (VCWRLF) application will be accepted at the Western Virginia Water Authority Engineering Services Office, Third Floor, Suite 300, 601 South Jefferson Street, Roanoke, VA, 24011 until 5:00 PM local time,Wednesday, November 26, 2008.


The Western Virginia Water Authority seeks proposals from qualified professional engineering firms to provide selected professional services for the following specific wastewater treatment plant improvement:Roanoke Regional Water Pollution Control Plant Secondary Clarifier Weir and Trough Rehabilitation. The Western Virginia Water Authority (Authority) of Roanoke, Virginia is requesting formal sealed proposals for hosting our AS/400 and disaster recovery services. The attached scope of work is submitted for your review and consideration.
One original and four (4) complete copies of the proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope/package marked “RFP # IT200802 AS/400 HOSTING AND DISASTER RECOVERY SERVICES CONTRACT FOR WESTERN VIRGINIA WATER AUTHORITY” and received in the Finance Department/Purchasing Division, 601 S. Jefferson St., Suite 210 Roanoke VA 24011 no later than 3:00 p.m. (local prevailing time) on December 19, 2008.
