Utility Line Services

The Utility Line Services Division handles construction and maintenance of the Water Authority's water and wastewater collection system. Utility Line Services maintains 960 miles of water lines, 900 miles of sewer lines ad 4,000 fire hydrants in the Water Authority service area. ULS employees represented the Western Virginia Water Authority in the annual Equipment Rodeo in May 2007. Mike Mills placed first in backhoe , Donnie Rowan placed third in front-end loader and Sam Vann placed third in backhoe.
