Church Ave. Office Closed to Walk-Up Customers Feb. 21

The Western Virginia Water Authority Utility Billing Office in the city's Noel C. Taylor Municipal Building on Church Ave. will be closed to walk-up customers on Monday, Feb. 21. Water Authority offices are officially open on February 21, however, the City of Roanoke will be observing Washington’s Birthday on this date and therefore the Noel C. Taylor Municipal Building on Church Ave. will be closed. This means that Water Authority walk-up customers will not be able to access the Utility Billing Office in this building. Customers may use the white drop box along Church Avenue to deposit bill payment, may call 853-5700 for assistance or may visit the Utility Billing Office in the Roanoke County Administrative Center at 5204 Bernard Drive, Suite 300-C.
