Western Virginia Water Authority Administrative and Billing Offices

The Western Virginia Water Authority administrative offices and Utility Billing Office are located at 601 S. Jefferson Street (Coulter Building) at the corner of Franklin and Jefferson in downtown Roanoke.

This address is along a Valley Metro bus route, and free parking is available in front of the building on Jefferson Street, along adjacent streets and in the Allright lot behind the building on Franklin. The Utility Billing Offices in the Roanoke County Administration Center at 5204 Bernard Drive and in the City of Roanoke's Noel C. Taylor Municipal Building closed after May 3, 2005. Drop boxes for bill payment, however, are still located at the County Administration Center and along Church Avenue across from the Municipal Building as well as in front of our office building at 601 S. Jefferson Street.
