Western Virginia Water Authority Budget Draft Billing Program

The Western Virginia Water Authority is pleased to offer a Budget Draft Billing Program for its residential and commercial customers who have had service with us for at least one year per location. To participate in this program, please return the Budget Payment Authorization Form and a "voided" check from your checking account or a savings withdrawal slip from your savings account to the Western Virginia Water Authority.
