Capital Improvement Project Information

What are Capital Improvement Projects?
Capital improvement projects represent an investment of water/sewer bill revenue in projects that either improve or expand the Authority's infrastructure, including the water distribution system, sewer collection system, water treatment facilities, and wastewater treatment facilities. The Authority's Capital Improvement Program lists the capital projects currently planned. Details on some of the Authority's capital projects are provided below.
